Do you offer custom development?

What's included in the SLA?
Enterprise Support includes a 4-hour response SLA for critical production issues, 8 hours for high-severity bugs, and next-business-day for everything else. You get a dedicated Slack channel, direct access to our engineering team, and regular status updates until the issue is resolved or a workaround is in place.
Can you help with migration?
Absolutely. Our Professional Services team has migrated production workloads from Hasura, PostgREST, custom Flask/FastAPI services, and proprietary API gateways onto flAPI. A typical migration takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on endpoint count and complexity, and we plan the cut-over to minimise downtime and rollback risk.
Do you offer proof-of-concept projects?
Yes. We run paid proof-of-concept engagements of 1 to 3 weeks against your real data, focused on the one or two endpoints that best validate flAPI for your use case.
